You've bought the land, now what? There are several different ways Alawin Homes can help you create the home of your dreams.

We believe in building a strong vision of the completed project before a hammer is picked up. This investment in time and planning means that any misinterpretation or confusion is removed we will even create a full 3 dimensional 'fly through' digital rendering assuring we have the 'fit' right for you and your home. You are free to discuss your ideas and explore possibilities before we engage in construction.

Choose either a

  • Specification package choose from our tried and tested designs that we have created and which have proved popular with our clients.
  • Specification with alterations package choose from our range of tried and tested designs but add your own design elements, such a removing a wall or changing the size of a window.
  • No Plan package we have an excellent relationship with several architectural firms in Canterbury and can work on a concept with you and the architect to create a set of plans.
  • Own Plan package if you have the plans already, come and talk to us about making them a reality. We will quote you for the construction process depending on the level of involvement you would like.

We offer fixed contact prices which means there are NO hidden extras. What you see is what you get.

At Alawin Homes we can do as much or a little as you would like. This includes issues such as dealing with the council for consents right up to ensuring a Code of Compliance.

Once your home is built that's not the end of it. Alawin Homes offers a maintenance period of between two weeks to a month, so if something breaks, or you knock a hole in the wall while you are decorating we will come in and fix it at no extra cost.

All Alawin Homes also come with a 7 year Registered Master Builder Guarantee this will protect you against any structural issues that may occur once you have moved into your new home. You will have peace of mind that a well established company is standing by their product.
